Gurrumul described as ‘an enigma of the Australian music industry’ a former member of Yothu Yindi was born blind and has spent his life creating music, singing songs of identity and connection with the land. His music is powerfully emotive and has changed the way people can experience Aboriginal culture.
Gurrumul has performed for the likes of Queen Elizabeth II and US president Barack Obama and is now playing at the BT River of Music as part of the London 2012 festival on July 21st.
